Friday, September 16, 2011 5:00 p.m. – Graduate Women’s Reading Group. Our first book for the semester will be Rebecca Skloot’s The Immortal Life of Henrietta Lacks, this year’s Common Reading Experience book. We will discuss various themes from the book as well has how to teach the book across disciplines. Refreshments provided. All graduate women are encouraged to attend.
